This project involves the construction of a new Sussex County Public Safety Building, which will house the Sussex County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) administration and training facility. The new building will include offices, simulation rooms, conference rooms, a fitness room, locker rooms, bunk rooms, a warehouse, a garage, and related staff and support areas. The renovation includes new kitchen facilities, renovation to building MEP systems, and a new lobby connection with the new EMS building.
