Bancroft Construction Named a Top Workplace for the 10th Consecutive Year, Earns Employee Appreciation Award

Bancroft Construction is proud to announce that it has been named a Top Workplace for the 10th consecutive year, a milestone achievement that reflects the company’s enduring commitment to its people, culture, and values. Unlike many workplace awards, the Top Workplace designation is based entirely on employee feedback collected through a confidential third-party survey.
