Bancroft works on unique specialized projects from interior and exterior upgrades to building revitalization and post-warranty attention.
Bancroft's SPD completed a summer overhaul to the cafeteria, servery and kitchen at CF Patton Middle School, which was nearly 48 years old.
Originally built in 1804, the George Read II HVAC Replacement project modernized the existing HVAC systems while protecting the historic integrity of the collection within the home.

The 2300 PA Avenue Façade Upgrades involved a complete renovation of the exterior of a six-story corporate office building located in Wilmington, DE.
The upgrades to the Frawley Stadium Clubhouse and Playing Field included interior renovations to player and coach locker rooms, video coaching rooms, weight rooms and dining areas.
