Amongst the 304 rentable apartment units are eleven residential buildings divided into three building types; two-story townhome buildings, three-story walkups, and four-story elevator buildings. The apartment units are divided into 261 market-rate units and 43 affordable units. Amenities include a new 6,840 SF clubhouse building which will house an indoor lounge area, fitness room, parcel lockers & mailboxes, leasing offices, and a model unit. The clubhouse building has an exterior amenities deck, including an outdoor fire feature, a pavilion, and a pool deck. Site amenities also include a dog park, a tot lot, and walking trails throughout the complex. The parking area is equipped with six electric vehicle charging stations with infrastructure included for future additional charging stations.
