The Manalapan Crossings project includes the construction of a three-story mixed-use building.  The ground floor retail space will be contained within a steel podium, while the residential space on the second and third floors will be constructed in wood framing.  There will be a total of thirty-nine (39) units consisting of (33) 1-bed units and (6) 4-bed units.  The residential units will be delivered in accordance with the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) and will be 100% accessible.
