This project involved the construction of a new Sussex County Public Safety Building, which houses the Sussex County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) administration and training facility. The new building includes offices, simulation rooms, conference rooms, a fitness room, locker rooms, bunk rooms, a warehouse, a garage, and related staff and support areas. The renovation included new kitchen facilities, renovation to building MEP systems, and a new lobby connection with the new EMS building.
