Located off Airport Road in New Castle, Delaware, this new 17,000+ square foot facility for Faithful Friends Animal Society (FFAS) sits on a 27-acre site featuring walking trails, gardens, raised beds, and woodlands.

This thoughtfully designed building includes catios—outdoor patios for cats—and connected indoor/outdoor dog kennels, giving animals fresh air and space to play. Project highlights include complex HVAC systems to prevent disease spread, sloping concrete slabs with trench drains, resinous flooring, and screened cat patios—all executed with precision to create a safe, welcoming space for animals and the community.
