The Sepax Expansion project, located within the Delaware Technology Park, consisted of an interior fit-out transforming existing office spaces into high-performing research laboratory spaces. The project team added three new laboratory rooms containing twelve new fume hoods, both walk-in, and standing, which help provide adequate air supply ventilation throughout the labs. Two new air handling units and one exhaust fan were also included in the fit-out. The expanded laboratory space will help Sepax Technologies accommodate their company’s growth and continue their research.
