The 11,000-SF fit-out to first floor core and shell space within the UD College of Health Sciences building on the STAR Campus included the construction of 11 incubator labs for R&D work. The space also features a Laser Lab, Freezer Room, Conference Room and shared services as well as a separate area for administrative offices and support areas. The repurposed space has been turned into state-of-the-art laboratories and co-working space, which include chemical fume hoods, deionized water, compressed air and vacuum.
