Bancroft constructed a 15,700 SF state-of-the-art Life Science Research Facility for the University of Delaware, which is regulated by the United States Drug Administration (USDA). The building includes necropsy rooms, formulation labs, x-ray rooms, surgery suites, cage-wash equipment, behavioral study suites, faculty offices, and classrooms. This project is LEED Certified by the US Green Building Council (USGBC.)
