The Kenrick will be a two-phase project located on the former Kennedy Kenrick Catholic High School site, which was recently demolished to make way for this development. The first phase involves the construction of two four-story apartment buildings, each containing 40 modern, elevator-serviced units. In addition to the apartment buildings, Phase I will include the creation of a clubhouse, a swimming pool, and a pool house, all designed to provide residents with a vibrant and comfortable living experience.
The larger development master plan also envisions the addition of 125 rental and for-sale townhomes, which will be constructed by a separate developer. Once completed, The Kenrick will offer a diverse range of housing options to meet the needs of the growing community.
