Bancroft named a Top Workplace Winner for the 6th Consecutive Year!

The News Journal has recognized Bancroft Construction as a 2022 Top Workplace for the 6th consecutive year! On August 18th, three Bancroft Senior Leadership Team members, Cindy Campanella, Steve Griffin, and Bobby Judge, attended the first-ever Top Workplaces live event in Wilmington, Delaware, celebrating each winning company and accepting awards on Bancroft’s behalf. The team graciously accepted recognition for Bancroft, who earned first place for the midsize company category and this year’s Direction Award! The Direction Award is presented to one company in the State of Delaware based on the employees’ belief that the company is headed in the right direction. “Not only are we honored to place first in these categories for the first time, but we are proud of our team members for making this happen,” remarked Cindy Campanella, VP of Organizational Development. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.
