We are pleased to announce the promotion of Rob Jadick from Project Executive to Regional Director.

Two short years ago, Bancroft Construction opened an office in Salisbury, Maryland, to support the evergreen pipeline of opportunities in southern Delaware and Maryland’s lower eastern shore and the needs of our growing client base in the region. The Salisbury team, led by Rob Jadick, quickly made their new office home while continuing to capture market share, and develop valuable relationships with clients, as well as design and trade partners.  Without Rob’s leadership, the seamless expansion into a new market would not have been possible.

Rob first joined Bancroft in October 1999 as a Construction Manager, which unknowingly ignited an almost three-decade exceptional professional career with Bancroft. Rob initially supported multiple projects at the DuPont Experimental Station and later served in a similar capacity at DuPont’s Repauno Plant and Stine-Haskell Research Center. In 2007, Rob was promoted to Project Manager and continued to grow Bancroft’s account with AstraZeneca from 2005-2010. Rob was then promoted to Senior Project Manager and his client base expanded across many markets, including government and civic, non-profit, commercial, and higher education. Notable clients include Aberdeen Proving Grounds, New Castle County SPCA, Kalmar Nyckel Foundation, Delaware Technical Community College, and the University of Delaware.

In 2013, Rob shifted gears and was promoted to Director of Marketing. In this new but familiar role, Rob was responsible for the overall strategic direction of Bancroft’s Marketing Department and became an integral part of the company’s Work Acquisition Group leadership. Five years later, Rob transitioned back to the construction operations side and was promoted to Project Executive. He continued to do what he did best; developing strong relationships with clients and leading teams to help clients realize their dreams. These relationships included Delaware Innovation Space and Prelude Therapeutics, and Rob was also instrumental in Bancroft’s expansion into southern Delaware and Maryland’s lower eastern shore.

Given Rob’s strong leadership and local expertise, there was no question he was the right person to lead the new Salisbury office. Successes with Salisbury University, a strong partnership with Worcester County, and ongoing projects with the University of Maryland Eastern Shore are just a few of Rob’s and his team’s notable achievements.

Other recent wins for the Salisbury Team include: a two-plus year Construction Manager relationship with the Sussex Montessori School, Sussex County Public Safety Building Addition, and newly acquired work with Merck Animal Health in Millsboro, DE, all of which has triggered the need for new hires, as Bancroft’s market share and brand recognition in the region continues to bloom.

In addition to his daily job responsibilities, Rob also serves as a Regional Council Member with ABC Chesapeake Shores and is active within ABC Delaware’s Kent/Sussex Membership, Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce, and Western Sussex County Chamber of Commerce.
