Titter named 40 Under 40 Winner by Delaware Business Times

Senior Project Manager, Josh Titter was recently named a recipient of Delaware Business Time’s DBT 40! The award honors the region’s best and brightest young professionals, all under the under age of 40 who are making a difference in their professional and personal lives. Josh and has been with Bancroft since 2005 and has worked with clients such as Newark Charter, Red Clay Consolidated School District and most recently Dover Air Force Base where he has managed over $30M worth of work over the last ten years. Outside of Bancroft, Josh is the President and Co-founder of Heart of Hope, the Caralynn Titter Foundation, which aims to serve, educate, and assist pediatric heart transplant patients during and after heart transplantation.  Josh and his wife Mandy established Heart of Hope in 2012 after the passing of their daughter, Caralynn Mary Titter.
