Bancroft named 2017 Top Workplace!

Bancroft is pleased to announce that we have been named to the News Journal’s 2017 Top Workplaces list! The Top Workplaces award evaluates companies on their organizational health and workplace improvement strategies.  It assessed our business culture in categories such as alignment, execution, and connection.  This is not an easy award to win – of the 12,000 companies who applied, only 8% were invited to participate in the survey.  The Top Workplaces awards are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey. Without our team, this would not have been made possible!
