Kelli joined Bancroft in 2015 as one of the company’s first Project Executives, bringing with her a distinguished career as a registered architect and senior facilities leader. From the outset, she played a pivotal role in bridging business development and operations, leading work acquisition efforts while ensuring the seamless strategic delivery of projects in the field.
In 2023, Kelli advanced to Vice President of Preconstruction, where she led a team of experienced estimators responsible for shaping Bancroft’s portfolio and guiding projects through disciplined planning and precise estimating. Her experience as both an architect and an owner’s representative gave her a rare ability to view projects from multiple perspectives, strengthening collaboration among clients, designers, and construction teams.
“Reflecting on the past decade as a Project Executive and Vice President of Preconstruction, I am incredibly proud of the remarkable projects we’ve accomplished and the lasting relationships we’ve built with trade partners, designers, and clients. As I transition into the next chapter of my professional journey, I am excited to witness Bancroft’s continued growth over the coming years.” Says Kelli Racca.
Kelli’s leadership has left a lasting imprint on the organization.
