Tiger Biosciences Renovation

This project involved a multi-phase interior renovation and tenant fit-out within the Spring Mill Corporate Center to support Tiger Aesthetics’ clinical and operational requirements. The scope included selective demolition and reconfiguration of existing interior spaces, along with the construction of treatment and procedure rooms, administrative offices, reception and client areas, and essential support spaces.

The renovation required comprehensive coordination of architectural finishes and building systems. Upgrades included new electrical distribution and lighting, enhanced HVAC systems incorporating VRF and rooftop equipment, updated plumbing infrastructure, and a fully integrated fire alarm system designed to meet current code and life-safety standards.

The work was executed in phased construction across multiple suites to maintain functionality in adjacent occupied areas, while delivering a modern, high-performance clinical environment tailored to patient care and operational efficiency.
