Gilpin Ave Residential involves the construction of a new 163,583 SF apartment building in Wilmington, DE. The project will include 130 market-rate apartment units, primarily consisting of Jr 1-Bed units up to 2-Bed units. The five-story wood-framed apartment building will sit on top of a two-level podium, which will house parking and a lobby for the apartment units. The 51,052 SF podium structure is designed as a cast-in-place concrete structure. Amenity areas will include a first-floor lounge space that extends to an outdoor courtyard amenity deck, as well as a top-floor sky lounge. Construction is anticipated to start in the Fall of 2025 and is anticipated to take up to 20 Months to complete.
