This project, located on the University of Delaware’s STAR Campus, consists of a six-story, 100,000-square-foot facility situated just off Route 896 in Newark, DE. Designed with a strong emphasis on collaboration, the building features an entrepreneurship center, incubator space for software development, and vital workforce development resources for the Financial IT industry. It also serve as the new home for the University of Delaware’s Lerner College of Business and Economics and the College of Engineering, fostering innovation and academic growth.
