Bancroft served as the Owner’s Representative for the brand-new North East Library branch for Cecil County Public Library. Construction of the 47,225-SF library included a book drop-off window, inter-library book transfer area, administrative offices, entrance lobby & reception area, outdoor spaces for educational programming, 100-vehicle surface parking lot, and parking for 16 bicycles.
