This 76,059-SF renovation of Building 17 on Princeton University’s Hopewell Research Campus modernized critical research and support spaces while enhancing accessibility and functionality throughout the facility.
The scope included renovations to the main lobby with the addition of a platform lift, upgrades to locker rooms and restrooms, and maintenance of the existing cage wash and tunnel wash systems. Bancroft also renovated the vivarium holding areas, incorporating new epoxy flooring along with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical improvements to support the facility’s specialized research operations.
