Bancroft partnered with Bernardon to design and construct a brand-new, 21,360 SF ship maintenance and education building for the Kalmar Nyckel Foundation. The Copeland Maritime Center features classrooms, conference rooms, exhibit space, administrative space/offices, and a carpentry and finishing shop. Bancroft also constructed a new dock for the tall ship to dock at its new facility.
