To expand the services and amenities of
Central Delaware’s YMCA facility.

disrupting the ongoing operations of the
existing YMCA facility.
Construction of this state-of-the-art fitness facility in Central Delaware included a new 8 lane indoor competition pool, full service fitness center, locker/shower rooms, and advanced HVAC and electrical systems. In addition, Bancroft provided extensive site improvements such as new parking areas and entrances. Through pre-project planning and impeccable coordination, the construction of this 17,000 square foot facility took place without any disruption to the daily operations of the existing YMCA facility and was completed according to the YMCA’s budget.
