Phase One of the overall Science, Technology & Advanced Research (STAR) Campus project involved construction of the College of Health Sciences and over $20 million worth of construction activities, including over 103,000 SF of renovations and additions to the North-End of the former Chrysler Administration facility.
The new building features cutting-edge laboratories encompassing the latest in medical technology for advanced research in health sciences; including Biomechanics and Bioengineering Labs, PT Motion Analysis Labs, Wet Labs, Clinical Examination Rooms, an Anatomy Lab, a Bone Density Suite, and a Robotics Fabrication Lab.
