Bancroft has focused staff development on resources that understand the complexities of technical markets. As a result, we have enjoyed great success in the design and construction of an array of Research and Development facilities. Bancroft has successfully completed renovation and construction of Pharmaceutical laboratories and research areas as well as standard Analytical and Wet Chemistry labs. Our extensive experience in Process facilities used in support of R&D campuses ranges from installation of scrubbers and incinerators to sophisticated Distributed Controls Systems (DCS). Bancroft has also recently completed a prototype Biotech laboratory facility for a customer entering this emerging market. Bancroft has R&D experience that crosses all realms of the project process. From leading a customer's programming efforts at a project's inception, to commissioning at a project's end, we will take full responsibility for the design and construction of a project. Or, Bancroft will take a customer provided design and complete the construction process.

PHARMACEUTICAL - Bancroft has experience in renovations of Pharmaceutical laboratory facilities. We also have experience with challenging projects such as animal labs and clean room environments from class 100 to class 10. Bancroft has knowledge of the FDA validation process and has staff personnel trained in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

ANALYTICAL AND WET CHEMISTRY - Bancroft has recently completed several laboratory facilities ranging from a larger multi-functional lab building, OPD-1 and the unique Lead Discovery project to numerous smaller lab construction and renovation projects.

PROCESS - Bancroft has completed various Process systems and equipment projects including complex installations of fugitive emission scrubbers and incinerators. We have also completed several sophisticated process control systems with Programmable Logic Control's (PLC's) and Distributed Controls Systems (DCS). We recently completed the upgrade of a DCS for one customer that included installation and/or cutover of over 2000 control points (I/O). Our experience at process piping and equipment includes systems installed in accordance with ANSI B-31.1 and B-31.3. BIOTECH - With the emergence of new markets around the world, research in the Biotech arena becomes more focused daily.
