The management of Bancroft has always had an inherent commitment to actively participate in Civic Organizations, and service the Non-Profit sectors of the community. Bancroft has provided construction management services for projects ranging from churches and worship facilities, to nature lodges, recreational facilities, and home life management centers. We tailor our approach to the management of these projects with consideration being given to unique project sensitivities such as limited agency internal resources, volunteer involvement, donated funds and public awareness issues.
