Our History
Bancroft Construction Company,
Founded in 1975
Established in 1975, Bancroft Construction Company has grown to become one of the most-recognized and formidable construction companies in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. Bancroft now serves a variety of customers throughout the states of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania through multiple construction delivery methods including Construction Management, General Contracting, Design-Build, Program Management, Estimating Services, Owner's Representative and LEED Consulting.
Bancroft is an unprecedented six-time winner of the Business Roundtable Construction Industry Safety Excellence Award, the most prestigious national safety award. This growth and achievements are a result of conscious planning, establishing and maintaining honorable relationships, and the development of Bancroft’s unique processes, systems and controls to deliver the highest quality construction services to its valued customers. It is also a result of the dedication and hard work of its talented and experienced employees.
